Livingston Kindergarten is a vibrant stand-alone community run kindergarten. The role consists of working in our Eucalyptus group,Wattle group and lunch cover . A total of 26.5 hours. In the role, you will work as part of a team of three (Teacher plus two Educators, 25 children) and you will play an integral role in developing and building strong relationships with our children, families and our wonderful local community. Our 3 year old groups and our pre prep/self funded group Euclyptus, have a maximum of 25 children with 3 educators and our 4 year old groups have a maximum of 27 with 3 educators. The successful candidate will ideally be a Diploma trained Educator however a Certificate III trained Educator will be considered. The role is for 26.5 hours per week made up of 23 hours contact and 3.5 hours non-contact. The non contact hours include paid breaks ( part of non contact hours) The role will suit an experienced candidate. One of the benefits of sessional kindergarten is we follow school term dates, with wages accrued during the term allowing for payment across 52 weeks of the year.
