Job Description
What we're looking for
A relevant degree Early Childhood Education or a Diploma qualification.
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a relevant Early Childhood setting.
Sound knowledge of the Pre Lit program by Multi Lit.
Strong understanding of child development, learning, and behaviour management strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for children
Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check

Small centre where the preschool room is capped at 20 children.
3 hours of planning time per week with the option of additional hours dependant on any additional responsibilities taken on.
