Job Description
Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Accountant having 1-2 years of relevant experience into Direct Taxation
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance
Preparation of Computation of Income tax and getting it reviewed from team leader. Preparation and filing of Income tax Returns.
Handling compliance work such as Assessments (including Transfer Pricing), stay of demand, rectification penalty, application of lower withholding tax certificates, TDS returns etc.
Drafting of appeals and submissions before the Appellate Authorities.
Remittance certification and other certifications from time to time.
Compliance with RBI / AD Banks in respect of FEMA Matters.
Advisory
Provide expert advice and support on direct taxation, international taxation and FEMA matters to clients.
Conduct thorough analysis and research on complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist clients in understanding the implications of tax laws and regulations on their business operations and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop effective tax planning strategies.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on clients.
