About Company Company operates in the digital entertainment services industry, providing creative and technical production support for interactive media and gaming projects. Job Summary This new role is critical to establishing and embedding a Global Centre of Excellence in the heart of the Finance organization. The Director, Global Finance Centre of Excellence will lead the implementation of the current team and be a highly visible advocate for the team and the services it delivers. The initial focus will be on standing up the team and managing the successful transition of Controlling activities from current locations. Thereafter, focus will shift to ensuring excellent service delivery, by developing a suite of operational KPIs to manage the performance of the Centre of Excellence team, developing clear channels of communication and strong relationships with the retained Finance teams and establishing Service Level Agreements and points of contact with Studio teams to ensure expectations on service delivery are clearly defined and monitored. A culture that drives continuous improvement will also be embedded. The Global Centre of Excellence is also expected to be fully involved in key projects, including Finance systems implementation and performance improvement initiatives to achieve best in class revenue processes and improve working capital. The Director, Finance Centre of Excellence will work alongside other Senior Finance team leaders and be a strong advocate for our Finance Excellence vision to be trusted business partners that champion growth, create value and manage risk.
