Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee the management, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems, including ERP and related platforms. This role is responsible for system configuration, integrations, and production support to ensure reliability, security, and alignment with business needs, while also leading data and analytics functions across BI, data engineering, and reporting to deliver actionable insights. The position will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, drive system enhancements, and implement automation and process improvements that increase efficiency and data integrity.
Additionally, will establish governance standards across application support, release management, and compliance, ensuring systems meet audit and control requirements (including SOX), while managing third-party vendors and collaborating with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise systems experience, strong expertise in ERP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, a deep understanding of integrations and data architecture, and proven leadership in building and developing high-performing technical teams.
