What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Management, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Data Management team. The mandate of the role is to be accountable to establish and enable the data governance and data management policy, standards, procedures, and processes across the enterprise. This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within Business and Technology to ensure that data-intensive programs and projects will implement and in-grain the enterprise requirements for operationalization to sustain the enterprise data governance needed for compliance. This role will monitor adherence to data management practices across the organization to ensure the availability of high-quality metadata and data, consultative and subject matter expertise, and ensuring all users of data understand policies, procedures, and standards.

Data management – Leading the data management team through their maturity journey.
Telling a story from data– You have a passion for understanding the story behind the numbers. You possess exceptional business partnering skills and the ability to communicate business insights easily and effectively.
Partnership and Collaboration – Participate as a thought partner and provide advice and recommendations that assist in the development and evolution of our business mandate and help our business make better decisions faster.
Provide leadership, coaching, motivation, and support to the team – Ensure the successful delivery of the high-quality solution to meet the department's business needs and annual objectives.

You can demonstrate knowledge/experience. Ability to interpret complex quantitative information to draw meaningful conclusions. You have comprehensive knowledge of managing Business functions with the proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. You are a recognized SME with strong knowledge of process methodology and process creation. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, articulate, and able to strategize and then present solutions to Sr. leadership. This role may have a small number of direct reports (4 – 6).
