The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and experience working in the data science and AI industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of the company.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop staffing plans to meet those needs.
• Develop and implement performance management programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive in the marketplace.
• Lead employee relations efforts to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the HR team and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in the data science and AI industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
