Details: Capital Linen Service (CLS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our senior Leadership Team to support, lead and manage our most valuable asset - our people.

CLS operates as a commercial business unit within the ACT government's Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.

We have extensive experience and knowledge of the linen hire and laundry services industry and have been delivering quality linen services to more than 120 healthcare and commercial accommodation providers since 1+78 from our industrial laundry based in Mitchell servicing Canberra and its surrounds.

We take pride in our commitment to deliver the highest standards of quality and reliability for our clients across our operations, this includes Laundry Linen Assistants, Logistics teams, hospital based linen room attendants, maintenance and administrative personnel.

You will lead a team of five and report directly to the Executive Branch Manager, this pivotal role in our team has responsibility for all aspects of our Human Resources operations including workforce planning, Industrial Relations, Injury Management, external training and development, rostering and compliance with support from the directorate level People and Capability teams in TCCS.
