Job Responsibilities
• Head global HR function for a high growth multi national scale-up with employees in 4 countries.- Develop & implement global HR strategy- Implement HR best practices across HR Processes including Talent acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & benefits, and Performance Management- Develop HR processes & Policies across both global and country specific- Maintain HR compliance across countries both global and country specific- Implement & transform HRMS- Implement HR KPIs & benchmarking in the areas of Hiring, Retention, Compensation,- Implement & maintain MIS & HR reporting
Requirements
• You must have a strong experience implementing and managing best practices in HR across processes including Talent acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & benefits, and Performance Management
• You must have worked in an organization that scaled up and was new age.
• You must be passionate about your work and must be excited to work with a mid-sized organization.
• You must have relevant degree - MBA/MSW in HR from reputed university/ college with
• You must have 10+ years of relevant experience across HR functions
• You must have led HR function for at least 5 years of the total experience
• You must be strategic and at the same time be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
