What You'll Do

As a Director Human Resources (HR) with a business partner focus, you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across Ascend Learning. WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office location.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
• Developing and executing HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization

What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other areas combined with relevant work experience is preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of HR experience
• Proven experience as a strategic HR leader with a track record of driving organizational productivity and success
• Demonstrated experience of HR functions, including talent development, succession management, organization development and employee relations
• Exceptional consulting and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
