Qualifications
 Support ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
 Seven (7+) plus years progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing organization
 Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships
 Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing
 Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
 Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information
 Exceptional time management and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
 Proven ability to lead, mentor and communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with

Position Summary

Qualifications, Education And Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development; Post-graduate a plus.

 Seven (7+) plus years progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing organization.

 SHRM, Human Resources, Organization Development certifications a plus.

 Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships

 Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.

 Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.

 Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
