Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Program Management who can operate at the intersection of large-scale enterprise transformation, AI-powered delivery, and hands-on innovation leadership.
You will run mission-critical AI programs — with help of Tiger Team initiatives to enterprise-wide data platform rollouts — while simultaneously leading the EA Innovation Lab as its executive sponsor and operational driver. You bring three things in equal measure: the discipline to run complex, matrixed transformation programs with rigor and accountability; the forward-lean to use AI as an active lever in how you manage them; and the creative energy to build an innovation engine that turns emerging ideas into enterprise-grade capabilities.
Responsibilities
ENTERPRISE PROGRAM DELIVERY
• Own the full program lifecycle for high-stakes AI and digital transformation
initiatives from charter through value realization
• Maintain integrated master schedules, resource plans, dependency maps, and
risk registers across 2–4 simultaneous programs
• Prepare and present at ITLT, and AOS and ALT meetings with crisp, decision-ready materials.
• Partner with Finance to track hard and soft ROI, manage P10/P50/P90
risk-adjusted forecasts, and enforce value accountability
AI-POWERED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
• Actively deploy AI tools — LLM copilots, agentic workflows, intelligent
dashboards — into the program management operating model
• Use generative AI to automate status summaries, risk narratives, meeting
recaps, and stakeholder communications
• Build or configure AI-assisted scenario planning tools to model resource
contention, milestone drift, and budget variance in real time
• Evaluate and pilot emerging PM-AI integrations (AI in Jira/Asana/Monday.com,
GPT-based risk analysis, voice-to-action capture)
• Champion a culture of AI-augmented delivery — train teams, build playbooks,
and document what works
INNOVATION LAB LEADERSHIP
• Serve as day-to-day operational lead for Innovation Lab — the ring-fenced space for rapid experimentation and emerging technology validation
• Drive a structured ideation-to-prototype pipeline: intake, prioritization,
sprint-based prototyping, and go/no-go decision gates before enterprise scaling
• Own the Lab’s bridge-to-enterprise process — identify prototypes with
production potential and hand off to delivery teams with a clear program
charter and ROI case
• Maintain a living portfolio of experiments: what’s in flight, what graduated,
what was killed and why — reported transparently to the ALT
PMO DEVELOPMENT & GOVERNANCE
• Build and mature the AI PMO operating model: templates, tooling, governance
cadences, and delivery standards
• Define and enforce decision rights frameworks in partnership with the CDTO
and executive sponsor
• Develop Tiger Team governance structures: pod charters, president-level
decision gates, ROI accountability tables
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for program health; create early-warning systems
that flag risk before it becomes noise in the boardroom

• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs
($50M+) in matrixed, Fortune 500 environments
• Hands-on experience managing AI, data, or digital platform programs
• Active practitioner of AI tools in your own PM workflow — you can name the
tools, show the use cases, and articulate the productivity gains
WE VALUE
• Strong executive presence: credible with C-suite, clear communicator,
