10+ years experience in designing and managing leave and benefits programs for complex organizations with a strong focus on innovative solutions, employee experience and financial management
Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to optimize the use of all available resources and deliver on multiple priorities

The salary range for this position is $157,700 to $1+1,200 annually
