Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
A Master's degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and addressing issues quickly and effectively
Strong financial and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant technology
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
