Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Customer Technology Operations to lead the technology infrastructure, platforms, and operational systems that power our customer experience ecosystem.
This executive role will oversee customer-facing technologies, drive digital transformation initiatives, optimise operational performance, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with operational excellence and a deep understanding of customer-centric platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of customer technology platforms (CRM, contact centre systems, CX tools)
Oversee customer operations technology including automation, AI, analytics, and digital support platforms
Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Partner with Customer Experience, IT, Product, and Operations leadership
Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
Establish KPIs for operational performance, uptime, system adoption, and customer impact
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology operations team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
8–12+ years of experience in technology operations, customer platforms, or digital transformation
5+ years in senior leadership roles
Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), contact centre platforms, and CX tools
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data analytics, automation, and integration frameworks
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
