Job description
We are seeking a Director of Design & Production in Fixed or Architectural Woodworking to lead Arari’s technical design vision and production systems. This senior leadership role combines creative technical direction, operational mastery, and team development, ensuring our projects meet global woodworking standards.
What you will do
• Lead design direction and elevate Arari’s creative and technical ethos, implementing international best practices and standards.
• Oversee the full production lifecycle of solid and panel woodworking — including paneling, built-in units, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, internal and external doors and windows — from drawings through execution and installation, ensuring complete client satisfaction across a variety of materials.
• Build systems, SOPs, and QC processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with our European partners to adopt best-in-class systems for drawings, CAD-CAM technology, and production management.
• Work closely with leadership to define and drive the next chapter of Arari’s growth.
What we’re looking for
• 12–15+ years of experience in high-end architectural and fixed millwork with international exposure.
• Strong technical foundation in CAD-CAM, AutoCAD, Revit, materials, and fabrication methods.
• A systems-driven leader who balances creativity with delivery, cost discipline, and operational efficiency.
