Human Resources Leader
This is a full-time leadership role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies across various institutions. The successful candidate will lead the development of talent management initiatives, build strong relationships with corporates and philanthropic organizations to support institutional advancement initiatives, and promote a collaborative, engaged, and high-performance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Development: Design and implement training programs for faculty and staff, focusing on teaching excellence, research innovation, leadership, and professional skill enhancement.
- Performance Management: Conduct structured assessments to identify and nurture high-potential employees, aligning career progression with institutional goals.
- Institutional Advancement: Build and maintain strong liaison relationships with external partners to enhance institutional visibility and create funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience within the higher education sector. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HR digital solutions, and familiarity with academic policies such as tenure and promotion processes are highly desirable.
