Job Description
Title: Director IT (Head of IT)
Location: Hybrid
What you’ll do?
• You will analyze the technology we currently use for design, development and administration for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with BU-heads and board to select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
• Design a wide area connectivity network infrastructure with an emphasis on filling remote access needs.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for installing new technology and training employees on its use.
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
• Suggest hardware and software upgrades as appropriate to improve operations, consistency and budgetary success.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
• Direct and organize IT-related projects.
• Leading a team of 5 members, set objectives and strategies for the IT department.
• Proactive communication with all stake holders to ensure seamless communication.
Data Security
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
• Maintain all security processes, tools and technology consistent with data security requirements.
• Monitor internal and external IT policy compliance.
What you’ll bring?
• 10+ years of experience in IT Infra, Support, Security and other domain.
• 4+ years of an experience of leading IT team (System Engineers, IT support analysts, It Security etc.).
• Past experience with IT/ITeS company is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be willing to work in a fast-paced business environment.
