As our Director of Managed Services , you’ll take the lead on one of our core offerings, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and a culture of customer-first delivery at scale.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee a global portfolio of customers, lead a team of 50+ specialists, and ensure our services remain secure, reliable and high performing for both external clients and internal teams.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thinks strategically, executes with confidence, and inspires teams to deliver in a fast-moving, growth environment.
Your Mission
Lead the strategy and execution of our Managed Services business, delivering high-value, high-uptime services our customers trust.
Drive innovation and scale , evolving our offerings to meet future demands across infrastructure, apps, networks, data, and security.
Support internal operations , ensuring our people are empowered by productive, secure systems and tools.
Strengthen customer partnerships , becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their long-term success.
Enable team performance , leading a multidisciplinary group of engineers, architects, and service professionals.
Ensure business continuity and resilience , balancing risk, performance, and customer experience.
What You Bring
A natural curiosity to learn, confidence to challenge and openness to adapt
A default to putting the customer at the heart of the conversation and understanding their world
15+ years in IT service delivery, operations, or managed services leadership roles
Proven success leading large technical teams and customer-facing services
Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud, on-prem infrastructure, networking, applications, data, and security
Experience driving service transformation and building scalable systems and teams
A leadership style that builds clarity, connection, and performance in equal measures
Nice to Have
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Management
ITIL or project management certification
Experience supporting sales, pricing strategy, and service innovation
