Qualifications
This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in organizational planning, financial management, and team building
Three to five years of operations management, investment banking, private equity, and/ or other relevant real estate experience
A strong background in operational leadership within the luxury hospitality or resort industry, coupled with a track record of leading complex, multi-faceted operations
Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier school
Strong operational systems and processes design, financial modeling, and presentation skills
Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high EQ
Ability to develop rapport with existing and potential partners and sponsors
Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth

Responsibilities
Operations may also help facilitate relationships with sponsors, intermediaries, advisors, and investors
Strategic Operations Management: Create a global coordination and communication system for Black Desert operations, including development, construction, hospitality, golf course management, dining, and event services
Focus on identifying and prioritizing opportunities to optimize operations and drive revenue growth
Business Development: Coordinate efforts to assess and integrate new business opportunities that enhance the resort's value proposition and capture additional revenue streams
Execution: Create systems and processes to disseminate strategic operational initiatives to ensure all business units are focused on centralized priorities
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with other key participants in Black Desert to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives
Leadership and Culture: Mentor and lead a small team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all functional areas

Reef is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to manage operations for our Black Desert Resort project in Ivins, Utah, including development, construction, hospitality, golf course management, dining, and event services. This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in organizational planning, financial management, and team building. Operations may also help facilitate relationships with sponsors, intermediaries, advisors, and investors.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Three to five years of operations management, investment banking, private equity, and/ or other relevant real estate experience
