About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Director of People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of people-related initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the execution and tracking of people-related initiatives and programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across locations based on deep dive analysis of VIBE survey results, floor feedback, leadership connect, active employee conversations, and exit conversations.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage PMPs (goal setting, mid-year and annual assessment) in partnership with CoEs in HR.
Requirements
• Proven experience in executing people-related initiatives and programs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to partner with CoEs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
