Job Description
You will be primarily responsible for designing and implementation of recruiting strategies for Maxwell, building great employee experiences & design programs to shape the culture across the organisation.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met + aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs
• Lead a team of recruiters & leverage their strengths to maximise high performance talent acquisition
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Compliance to streamline processes, maintain certifications & highly efficient frameworks integrating best practices in the industry
• Prepare and review periodic HR & TA budgets, recommending solutions aligned with business goals
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Optimise & analyse key metrics of attrition, TA, ESAT, OKR progress to influence & partner with various business functions
• Ownership of performance & compensation benchmarking, appraisals & growth/creating career paths.
• Streamline & program manage the team in launching initiatives within Onboarding, Engagement, Wellness & Benefits.
• Coach & mentor employees, managers, new managers & conduct in-house trainings based on areas of interest + strengths
• Monitor adherence to internal policies (deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required)
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior HRBP/People Operations Director in the Automotive/Electronics industries
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and hands-on experience with HR Tech (ATSs)
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools for hiring engineers and launching Hi-Po programs
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
• Good team-management abilities
