About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Design to lead our design initiatives. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive experience in product design to enhance our product quality and elevate our design standards. You will be responsible for managing the design process from initial concepts to detailed pixel-perfect execution, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to create exceptional consumer experiences.
As the Director of Product Design, you will mentor our talented design team, advocate for design excellence across departments, and foster a culture of innovation within our company. Your passion for financial innovation and user-centric design will be vital as we continue to grow and evolve in the fintech landscape.
We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of product design experience focused on mobile and web applications. You should possess deep knowledge of creating scalable design systems and a proven record in consumer product design. The ability to work strategically while paying close attention to detail is essential, along with experience in guiding and mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional teams.
While not required, experience in the fintech sector, digital assets, or regulated industries, along with a background in high-growth startups or scale-ups, would be valuable. The ideal candidate will adopt a hands-on, player-coach approach and significantly contribute to our design strategy and growth.
