About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Retail Technology Systems to oversee in-store and omni-channel retail technologies. This includes POS systems, inventory management, store infrastructure, and digital retail innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead retail systems strategy and modernisation initiatives
Oversee POS, inventory, ERP, and store systems integration
Drive omni-channel technology capabilities
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Manage vendor partnerships and implementation projects
Support store operations through technology enablement
Key Requirements
Experience in retail technology or omni-channel systems
Strong knowledge of POS and retail ERP platforms
Proven leadership in large-scale system rollouts
Strong operational and commercial understanding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 per year
