Stewart Farms is a licensed Canadian ******** producer focused on bath and topical wellness products — muscle relief, skin recovery, and plant-based alternatives to opioids and corticosteroid creams. We have a passionate, high-energy sales team driving growth across Canada. What we need now is the infrastructure to support them.
The Director of Sales and Analytics is the operational backbone of our commercial team. This is not a road-warrior sales role — it’s the person behind the scenes who makes sure our sales leaders are spending their time on the right accounts, armed with the right data, and never losing a deal to a missed follow-up or a disorganized pipeline.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the sales operations and analytics function for Stewart Farms. You’ll manage the CRM, track and report on KPIs across our sales team, coordinate the schedules and meeting pipelines of our senior sales leaders, and build the data systems that tell us what’s working and where to focus next.
You will work closely with our founder-led sales team — including direct support for our most senior sales leader — ensuring their time is protected, their pipeline is organized, and their activity is translating into measurable results. You’ll also support our wider sales team, tracking performance against targets and surfacing insights that help them close more business.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
