Oversee operational excellence through school leadership, including student enrollment, attendance, retention, special education services, and compliance.

Support principals in addressing challenges related to staffing, retention, and campus operations.

Serve as an escalation point for family concerns requiring network-level support.

Data, Systems & Accountability

Regularly analyze academic, operational, and culture data to assess school performance and guide strategic decision-making.

Monitor leading indicators across instruction, culture, and leadership development to proactively address risks.

Ensure schools meet or exceed network performance benchmarks and outperform comparable schools.
