Qualifications
With a deep expertise in organizational development and experience in a global CoE, you are well versed in designing impactful solutions that drive high performing organizations and create a positive employee experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, business administration, or a related field
Multiple years of proven work experience in a global organization development role regardless of industry and/or demonstrated measurable results in a management consultancy
Specific experiences include organization design, change management, culture, and employee experience
Proven ability to navigate in a matrix environment and lead others without formal authority, mobilize collaboration and effective teamwork across the organization
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while continually identifying linkages within the wider HR function
Strong business acumen and enterprise mindset, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills and resilience to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
Use of data to analyze business, talent and workforce issues and ability to tell simple, clear compelling stories
Ability to identify the root cause of problems and opportunities

The range for this position is $172,+64.00 - $237,826.00 assuming full time status
Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education

Role Purpose

The Director, OD & Culture sits with the Talent Center of Expertise (CoE) in Corning Human Resources. In this role, you will join a highly motivated and integrated team and focus on developing the organization and shaping the culture for the future.
