Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading high-impact initiatives? We are seeking an experienced PMO Director to spearhead our Program Management Office (PMO) and ensure the seamless execution of strategic projects and programs.

About the Role

As the PMO Director, you will take ownership of program governance, stakeholder collaboration, and execution excellence to drive the ERP transformation efforts. You will foster transparent decision-making, financial oversight, and risk management , while driving alignment between business and IT functions .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the program management office for the program to drive strong program management disciplines across program execution activities .

Foster c ollaborative governance with key stakeholders, including Program Sponsors, Business Leads, and Systems Integration Partners .

Develop and implement program management methodologies tailored to ERP transformation, ensuring standardi s ed execution .

Coordinate cross-functional dependencies , resolve bottlenecks, and maintain program momentum and timeline integrity .

Oversee financial controls and reporting , tracking actual vs. forecasted costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation .

Establish integrated risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate program risks.

Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into program performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives , optimi s ing processes and implementing quality assurance mechanisms .

Foster a high-performance culture within the PMO team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Project Management, or related field ( Master’s preferred ).

Proven experience in senior program management and program management office leadership position s with 10+ years experience , preferably within ERP transformation .

Strong leadership , communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive collaboration at all levels of the organisation .

Expertise in program methodologies, financial management , risk management and resource allocation .

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Proven ability to drive project governance and ensure compliance with standards and best practices .

Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools.

Preferred Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Program Management Professional ( PgMP )

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)

PRINCE2 Practitioner
