Job Description
Reporting into site director, you will be responsible for
Managing center wide project portfolio along with Engineering Operations and working in close conjunction with the center head for center level strategic initiatives
Driving PM competency, Capability Building, Career path and best practices across the organization
Managing 80+ projects throughout product development lifecycle and Track Project Plans, Metrics, Budget /Cost, Risk & Mitigation
Working closely with program managers, cross functional local & global teams and clearly communicate and collaborate with support functions, customers and sponsors as applicable, in managing expectations, commitments and interactions
Making recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations, travels, capital investments etc
Working proficiently with portfolio management tools & Microsoft Project Plan and in developing methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile etc. and related project management tools such as Rally, JIRA etc
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate is a gender diverse (female preferred) who has an engineering degree and has 18+ years of work experience. You should be currently working in an captive/ R&d/ engineering centre and can come from industrial automation/ technology/consumer durable/automotive industry. You should be currently managing multiple projects/program in your current role. You are a proven leader in your existing role and have made substantial amount of growth in all your roles in career till now.
