As the Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring innovative HR initiatives. You will lead projects that have a direct impact on organizational development, change management, HR program implementation, and enhancing the employee experience.

You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams, helping to evolve our HR practices in a constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR projects related to culture, organizational development, change management, and the evolution of HR programs.
Ensure effective change management and secure buy-in from the teams involved.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Support the Chief Human Resources Officer in implementing key strategic initiatives.
Support managers in strengthening their talent management skills and HR practices.
Work closely with various centers of expertise to ensure strategic alignment and coherence across projects.
Design, recommend, and implement innovative initiatives tailored to team needs and organizational priorities.
Monitor HR performance indicators related to projects and produce the required analyses.

Desired Profile

Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of significant experience in Human Resources in strategic roles focused on HR project management, transformation, and organizational development.
Demonstrated experience in change management and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement drivers.
Proven skills in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influence management.
Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English to collaborate with all organizational stakeholders.
