In the role of Director, you will join Trade & Working Capital team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Act as a senior Trade & Working Capital product specialist across a strategic corporate client portfolio
Drive proactive business development and identify new Trade & Working Capital opportunities
Partner closely with Client Coverage bankers to deepen and expand client relationships
Manage portfolio risk and approve annual reviews and facility increases
Lead client growth strategy and support development of team capability
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Track record of experience in Trade & Working Capital with corporate/institutional clients
Deep technical knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products and credit risk management
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to grow business
Proven track record in proactive portfolio and client relationship management
Confidence in communication with excellent written, verbal, and coaching skills
