Roles and Responsibilities:
• Director of Human Resources will serve as an influential people partner and solve organizational challenges for staffing, onboarding, training and development, and organizational effectiveness by working on several HR projects
• Help to build a high-performing organisation and deliver effectively; collaborate with and influence senior leaders to prioritise people practices that accelerate the achievement of business priorities
• Develop human resources operation strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, developing action plans, and measuring results
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organisation's visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets and helping position Sakon as an employer of choice amongst target candidates
• Develop and execute strategies for churn reduction, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, employee career growth, cultural integration and conflict resolution.
• Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly HR metrics and reporting framework for management.
• Help the organisation with sustainable processes in a rapid and complex changing work environment
• Must have good experience in ensuring onboarded talent is trained and is productive within the shortest period
• Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
• Strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions - strong internal customer service focus

Skills Required:
• 10+ years’ experience in a fast-paced organisation with exposure across HR functions at scale, interacting with all levels of an organisation.
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of success creating strategic talent programs that support aggressive business growth in a highly specialised/competitive market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and high-growth work environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• Engaging and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills that attract and grow lasting relationships
• Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience supporting large and distributed employee work groups
• Experience in Engineering services Org /Product as service company environments
• Experience leading and developing HR and Operations professionals
• Qualifications - Advanced degree from MBA school
• Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7 - 10+ years
• Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles
