The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Narraweena group home with 20-30 hours per week (depending on your requirements).
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
We offer:
Attractive hourly rate, starting at $34.59 + Super + Penalty Rates
Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification, including Certificate III in Individual Support (CPA covers the cost for this)

Requirements:
Accepting all levels of experience (or no experience), our training schedule will support you through your journey at CPA
A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
