What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing support with household chores, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
Accompanying clients on outings, social activities, and community engagement
Promoting client independence and encouraging participation in recreational and educational programs
Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in their condition or needs
Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the well-being of clients
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in the aged care or disability support industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
A reliable and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients
A current First Aid certificate and National Police Check
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.75 – $53.34 per hour
