What you'll be doing
Available to start immediately and able commute to Sydney CBD, and its surrounding suburbs
Providing one-on-one support and assistance to clients
Supporting with daily living tasks and Community Participation activities
Responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality programs for client in accordance with the identified requirements of the PCP and their goals
Facilitate and encourage participation through the use of effective and augmented communication and interaction strategies
Implementing positive behavior support strategies to manage complex behaviors
Requirements
Flexibility to work a casual shifts, including weekends (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday)
Good communicators and able to build rapport and trust with our participants
Relevant qualifications in disability support care
National Police Records check
NDIS workers screening clearance
Working with Children Check
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Comprehensive Car insurance (required to transport our participants)
First Aid Certificate
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $32.50 – $50.00 per hour
