Full job description
Connections Home Care & Nursing is looking for experienced disability support workers who have experience supporting clients living with various disabilities.
Immediate start, training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate must:
· have a wide availability- Monday-Sunday
· be able to support clients throughout Melbourne
· have a current valid Victorian driver's license and access to a car to transport clients (desirable)
· Non-drivers are also welcome to apply
The support required for our clients include community access, respite and personal care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.50 – $43.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Afternoon shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Night shift
Public holidays
Rotating roster
Shift work
Weekend availability
