Must have a full NSW Drivers Licence and Full Comprehensive Insurance
Personal care is required and you must be confident providing it

As a Disability Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you will help customers build independence at home and in their community. If you are caring, reliable and motivated to support others, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
Supporting daily living skills including cooking, domestic tasks and social skills
Providing personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing
Mentoring customers to explore interests, hobbies and cultural activities
Assisting with community participation and recreation programs
Administering medication safely and following individual support plans
Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports
Offering support in the home and the community
Using diabetes knowledge and PEG feeding skills if required (training ideal)

What you will bring
Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and awake shifts
6am to 2pm | 2pm to 10pm| 10pm to 6am
Strong communication skills with verbal and non verbal customers
Strong computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting, and communication
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID003
Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are an advantage
