Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Dispatch Coordinator at First Connect Worldwide. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include dispatching, communicating with drivers and customers, providing excellent customer service, and data entry. The Dispatch Coordinator will also need to be a skilled multi-tasker to manage multiple phone lines and emails.
