ECS Transportation Group is looking to hire the right individuals to become part our dynamic Dispatch team.
Duties Include, but not limited to:
Assign Chauffeurs
Assign Vehicles
Manage chauffeur movement
Prepare assignments for following shift
Check airport arrivals
Prepare maps
Assist chauffeurs
Prepare next day schedule
Maintain vehicle inventory
Some mechanical IQ (for decision making)
Ability to think/process information on the fly
Ability to multi-task
Understanding of airport operations
Customer service skills for chauffeurs
Carry out typical office tasks
Good telephone voice and etiquette
