NOW HIRING TALENTED DISPATCHER - PLUMBING & ELECTRIIC TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are looking for an excited, energetic, seasoned Dispatcher to join our team! Our ideal candidate would have experience working in home service dispatching (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
• Be reliable. Understand that your colleagues rely on you.
• Be productive and accountable when you are in the office.
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules.
• Maintain the scheduling calendar.
• Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians.
• Coordinate with the field technicians throughout the day and adjust schedule accordingly.
• Identify and expedite emergencies, reacting quickly to find solutions.
• Speaking with supervisor or customers to resolve problems.
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
• Communicate with other dispatchers on the status of technicians and jobs.
• Various administrative duties.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
• Service Titan strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum two years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm under stressful circumstances.
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
