Job Description
The Dispensary General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail location, ensuring compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) regulations and adhering to operational standards of the organization. The manager will lead, support, and develop the retail team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Managerial Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Manage daily store workflow.
• Provide timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Address employee discipline and terminations according to company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and develop a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.
• Delivering training on customer service best practices to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and ensure efficient operational processes.
• Enforce HR policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local and state ******** regulations.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on positivity and collaboration.
• Meet and exceed sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Drive customer traffic and cultivate customer loyalty.

• Track and manage inventory using relevant software for both medical and adult-use transactions.
