We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Diverse Educator. The successful candidate will work with children who require additional support and develop skills to enable their optimum development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach differentially abled children in a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Develop and foster appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of SEN children.
• Work collaboratively with the wider school staff, including psychologists, teachers, and external therapists.
• Liaise with parents and participate in meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Evaluate and assess student progress regularly.
• Familiarize yourself with certification processes at civic hospitals and BMC requirements.
• Design and deliver need-based workshops for teachers, parents, and students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with primary school children.
