Job Description
The Diversity & Inclusion and CSR General Manager is responsible for visualizing, defining and implementing AGS Health’s diversity & inclusion and CSR strategy, action plans, goals, and organizational benchmarks to eliminate disparity and create opportunities for employees and communities to thrive.
The Diversity & Inclusion and CSR General Manger will develop and manage companywide initiatives ,monitor D&I and CSR goals and benchmarks, and offer strategies to senior leadership to ensure accountability, partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Engagement to update the staff recruitment and retention plan with a goal of increasing participation from all communities at all levels of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to diversity and equal opportunity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural change initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace environment.
• Design and facilitate diversity training and workshops for employees at all levels
• Analyze and report on diversity metrics and progress
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion to continuously improve our effort.
Academic Qualifications/ Experience Required:
MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion within a global corporate setting. Work experience of driving inclusion in the US, the Mexico and Manila is preferred.
• Strong understanding of diversity metrics and data analysis
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence change at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
• Based in one of the India locations
• Previous experience with development and implementation of D&I and CSR strategies, and management of related programs within a Business Unit, Employee Resource Group or similar strongly preferred. All applicants should have a track record of interest and participation in D&I and CSR initiatives
• Good Exposure to develop plans & budgets, Implementation of projects and Monitoring & Reporting
• Good understanding of Social Developmental Issues
• Balance of strategic planning and community experience
• Problem solving ability, integrity and reliability and ownership.
• Comfort in structured gathering, analysis and presentation of qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders to facilitate sustainable change
• Strong communication, presentation, networking and leadership skills
