Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Develop business development strategies: Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs, and review client development needs
Key Account Management: Be the Key Account Manager of different projects within the company
Lead Management: Generate leads from the existing client base for programs and the flagship programs
Focus on Community Building: Help build the flagship communities around women in manufacturing, women in sales, returning to career women, etc.
Skillset & Educational requirements:
• Graduate from any stream
• Experience in corporate training / sales training / behavioral training / training programs
• Preferred: Candidates from training companies with key account management capabilities
• Ability to handle large client base and work in tandem with operations team
• Good communication skills
