My client is a Local Authority in Central London who are looking to appoint a talented Divisional Accountant on a Contract basis
What's on offer:
Salary: £350 - £450 per day, inside IR35.
Remote/Hybrid working
Contract type: Contract (36 hrs a week)
Hours: 0+:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in London Bridge - Responsibilities include:
Coordination of data for the medium term financial strategy.
Support for Senior Finance Manager in preparing the Medium-Term Financial Strategy.
Ensuring revenue and capital budgets are in line with service objectives.
Timely and accurate monitoring of capital and revenue budgets and appropriate action taken of significant variances.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Qualified Accountant (CCAB) or Part qualified with relevant CPD.
Detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all relevant aspects of Local Government finance including Local Authority accounting.
