Position : Divisional Supply Chain executive
Dept/Division : Supply Chain
Grade : JM3 Executive
Location : West Regional Office, Mumbai
Qualification –
B-tech (Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Food Tech/Industrial) ; Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management would be added advantage.
Minimum 3-4 years prior experience in Supply Planning/ Manufacturing/ Network management
The person should have experience of Supply Chain Function with Hands on experience of SAP modules like MM Module, PP Module or APO
Prior knowledge of manufacturing/Warehousing process will have added advantage
Job Description – Activities required to be carried by the resource
Drive safety & Quality (GMP & GHP) agenda at warehouses
Drive continuous improvement culture in warehouse processes
Daily tracking of sales, stock movement at depot level to ensure zero stocks outs
Follow up with Planning teams for stock movement, repackaging plans, stock connection and expediting Execution
Ensuring target fill rates for all the channel – GT, MT, E-com
Inventory planning and control at warehouses
System improvement to minimize manual intervention for distribution
Reconciliation of firm plan volumes against tentative plans / offer plans
Ensuring daily unloading of Vehicles at Depots and fill rate monitoring at channel level
Capacity planning for Depots as per long term sales forecast
Development of tracker/network for different Consumer offers/ NPD SKUs and timely execution
Monitoring and actioning for managing fresh inventory – Fresh, slow, Non, expired (FSNE)
Stock liquidation to minimize Non-moving/Expired inventory
Managing repackaging operations at regional warehouses
Drive productivity improvement initiatives at warehouse
Competency / Skills required
Hands on Experience on Excel and SAP Modules like MM, PP, APO.
Supply Chain understanding – Inventory Planning and Control, Logistics & Warehousing Management, Capacity Planning and Productivity Improvement
