The Company is seeking a strategic HR leader to fill the role of Divisional Vice President of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation and shaping a high-performing culture within the division. The DVPHR will be a partner and advisor to senior management, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role also includes overseeing employee relations, training and development, policy enforcement, and HR metrics analysis.
Candidates for the Divisional Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience in a large, multi-site setting is required, with a strong background in talent management, change management, organizational development, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong, collaborative relationships and be adept at driving results through people. Certification such as PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is also preferred.
