• Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL (schema design, query optimization)

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry standards

Debug and troubleshoot application issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers

Participate in code reviews and improve development processes

Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience

3+ years of professional experience in Python & Django development

Strong knowledge of Django ORM, middleware, signals, templates

Experience with REST API development & integration

Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab

Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, and software design principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF)

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes

Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience with unit testing (PyTest/Unittest)
