Role Description
Felix Hospital is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing professional for our Noida location. As a DM/AM Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and implementing digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks associated with this role involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing SEO/SEM, analyzing campaign performance, managing social media platforms, and engaging with customers. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics
• Good knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Experience with social media community management and listening tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Experience with website design, development, and coding is a plus
