● Dealer Visits - Refresher Training on MSD & BI Reports to DP / Sales Manager / Service

● Ticketing Tool Training - How to raise the tickets, How to follow the Escalation Matrix,
How to Check the ticket status before escalating as per escalation matrix
BPA Regional Team Job Description
● Good hands-on knowledge in MS - Excel, Google Sheets, MS-Word, Google Docs,
MS-PowerPoint, Google Slides
1. Pre-Requisite:
a. Working knowledge in Automobile Industry (either in Sales or in Service) at least 2
years
b. Any Graduate
c. Should have good communication skills
d. Should be able to Travel, as Job needs extensive travelling (minimum 15 days a
month)
